Abstract:
To provide a lamination device capable of suppressing positional displacement between work-pieces including electrodes.SOLUTION: A lamination device 40 comprises a placement stage 50 and a pressing part 60. A placement surface 50a of the placement stage 50 includes a rectangular annular area 51. The pressing part 60 includes a pair of first pressing members 61 and a pair of second pressing members 62. The first pressing members 61 are movable between a first position 61d which is overlapped with a first corner 51c on a first diagonal 51e of the area 51 and a second position 61e outside of the first corner 51c in a view in a first direction across the placement surface 50a. The second pressing members 62 are movable between a third position 62d overlapped with a second corner 51d on a second diagonal 51f of the area 51 and a fourth position 62e outside the second corner 51d in the view in the first direction. The first pressing members 61 press a work-piece 31 at the first position 61d, and the second pressing members 62 press the work-piece 31 at the third position 62d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
