A lamination stage for an organic light emission display. In one embodiment, the lamination stage comprises an isolation stage having a lamination surface for contacting a substrate of the organic light emission display, wherein the lamination surface has a plurality of trenches. In another embodiment, the lamination stage comprises a plurality of spaced sub-stages, wherein the sub-stage has a lamination surface for contacting a substrate of the organic light emission display.
