Abstract:
To provide a lamination molding capable of sufficiently supporting an overhang part by a support part without collapsing the support part by a recoat operation and easily removing the support part after molding.SOLUTION: A recoat step of moving a recoater 17 on a molding part 13 to form a layer of metal powders 23 on the molding part 13 and a melt joining step of selectively melt-joining the metal powders 23 laid on the molding part 13 are repeated, and melt joined bodies 25 are successively laminated to mold a lamination molding 33 having an overhang part 31. In the melt joining step, a lattice-shaped support part 40 obtained by mutually crossing plural first wall parts 41 parallel to each other and plural second wall parts 43 parallel to each other is formed so that the first wall parts 41 and the second wall parts 43 formed at an angle of 45° or less with respect to a recoat direction S1 as the movement direction of the recoater 17 in the recoat step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
