CONSTITUTION: In a lamination type heat exchanger, provided with a plurality of tube elements 2, demarcating first flow passage 21 for introducing low- temperature fluid, and a second flow passage, laminating respective tube elements 2 through wavy outer fins and introducing high-temperature fluid B between respective tube elements 2 and the outer fins, the tube elements 2, laminated between upper and lower ends, are provided with a shielding spacer 16 for preventing the inflow of the low-temperature fluid at the inside of the tube elements 2.
