Abstract:
To provide a landing door locking device and an elevator that do not require a user to keep operating a key until a landing door opens a specified dimension, and that improve workability.SOLUTION: A landing door locking device installed on an elevator comprises a landing side engaging device rotatably supported by a door hanger of a landing door, a door locking mechanism to lock the landing door, and a locking member installed on a door rail. The landing side engaging device has a hook unlocked by a car side engaging device installed on a car door. The door locking mechanism has a claw part to lock the landing door by engaging with the hook. The locking member has a stopper that restricts the landing door from opening a specified dimension or more. The landing door has a first protruding member to unlock the landing door by pushing up the hook through operation of the key inserted in the keyhole of the landing door, and a second protruding member to release the stopper restriction through the further operation of the key.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
