Abstract:
To provide a means being more efficient in saving on time and reliable when fixing the lap on a lap supporting tower, and also to provide a lap enabling quick replacement.
A blade 24b to change its position in the radial direction is rotated by a shaft being coaxial with a fastener 48 to engage them with grooves provided at the inner periphery of a ring-like skirt part arranged in the outside of the shaft and extended from the lap. When they are mutually engaged, unexpected motion of the lap is prevented. The lap is removed by releasing the blade 24b, preferably by driving it pneumatically, but it can be also removed by manual operation.
