The large-diameter zoom lens comprises, in order from an object side to an image side: a first lens group LG1 with positive refractive power; a second lens group LG2 with negative refractive power; a third lens group LG3 with positive refractive power; and a fourth lens group LG4 with positive refractive power. Power is varied by changing gaps between the first lens group LG1 to the fourth lens group LG4. The image stabilization is performed by moving a partial lens of the third lens group in the direction perpendicular to the optical axis. The large-diameter zoom lens satisfies the following conditional expression (1): 0.7<(F12W×F12T)/(F34W×F34T)<1.1.
