Abstract:
To provide a laryngoscope for tracheal intubation which enables a user to recognize the operation state of the tracheal intubation, to thereby safely and surely achieve the operation of a laryngoscope and which is useful for clinical and medical education.
In performing the tracheal intubation by using the laryngoscope 1 composed of a handle 2 provided with a gyro sensor 19 and a blade 3 provided with a force sensor 17, the laryngoscope system for the tracheal intubation detects a load loaded on the blade 3 by the force sensor 17, detects an angular velocity and a direction as the movement of the handle 2 in gyro sensor 19, and issues an alarm in response to a detection value exceeding the predetermined range of the load and movement.
