Abstract:
PURPOSE: To convert the laser beam in multi/single mode from a visible light to a near infrared light, which is simple in constitution and besides is small-sized to be easy of manufacture and has high conversion efficiency, into a beam profile excellent in equality.
CONSTITUTION: This system is composed of an equal application system body 1, a reflector tube 2, a condensing lens 3, a laser beam A, and a cooling water passage 5. And, the reflector tube 2 is made of ceramics. Moreover, a laser beam incident port is made small as far as possible as compared with the laser beam reflector, and besides the incident port is installed in the focus position of the condensing lens 3.
