Abstract:
To provide a laser beam machining device in which a damage or the like is not given to the surface of a work and a laser irradiation is realized where an image is formed on the surface of the work when a pattern is copied.
The laser beam machining device is provided with an optical system which forms an image on the machined face of the work which is irradiated with the laser beam from a diagonal direction at a prescribed angle and a suction means arranged at a position where the optical path of the laser beam is not blocked off and is above the central part of the surface to be machined.
