To provide a laser beam welding device capable of obtaining a uniform and excellent welding quality over the whole length directions of flanges 1a, 2a in the laser beam welding device in which the flanges 1a, 2a each other of two members 1, 2 to be welded are joined by laser beam welding.
The laser beam welding device is provided with a receiving stand 5 having a receiving face 6, on which the two flanges 1a, 2a whose mating faces are fitted to each other are laid, which is constituted so as to bring the receiving face 6 into contact with the lower face of the flange 2a over the whole flange length direction in the state of laying the flanges, a pressurizing roller 18, which is constituted so as to roll and move in the flange length direction on the upper face of the flange 1a in a state of being pressed to the upper face of the flange 1a, laid on the receiving face 6 of the receiving stand 5, and a laser head 21, which is constituted so as to move in the flange length direction along the upper face of the flange 1a by interlocking with the movement of the pressurizing roller 18 and which emits a laser beam toward the vicinity of the pressurizing roller contact part on the upper face.
