Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the laser engraving machine capable of securing a fixed engraving line width and adjustable to any line width.
CONSTITUTION: An inner cylinder 30 is held free to rotate for a fixed outer cylinder, an adjusting cylinder 35 is placed in the upper part of the outer cylinder 25, a lens 21 is mounted on a holding frame 22, the holding frame 22 is in the adjusting cylinder 35 and is placed in the upper part of the inner cylinder 30, the part thereof is lifted by a roller 33. The lens 21 is oscillate as rolled resulting from rotation of the inner cylinder 30, the surface of a work W is irradiated the beam while depicting the circular arc of offset amount (r). Engraving is done on the work W with a line width of 2×(r). The offset amount (r) is adjusted by changing a inclined angle of the lens 21 while vertically moving the adjusting cylinder 35.
