Abstract:
To provide highly reliable laser oscillation device and laser beam machine which is especially reduced in running cost by suppression of gas consumption quantity, and stably used for long time.
The laser oscillation device is provided with a discharge means for exciting a laser medium, a blowing means for blowing laser gas, and a laser gas route forming a circulation path of laser gas between the discharge means and the blowing means. The blowing means has a shaft where an impeller is disposed at a tip, a driving part rotating the shaft and a partition wall separating the impeller and the driving part. A part of the partition wall is composed of a material which is more easily to wear rather than the shaft part.
