Abstract:
PURPOSE:To detect many characteristics values of an output of a laser beam simultaneously, by providing a plurality of measuring ports in an integral sphere and, mounting sensors each having different characteristics for respective measuring ports. CONSTITUTION:When a laser beam 13 is projected from an incident port 12 to a space within an integral sphere 11, the laser beam 13 is diffused in the integral sphere 11, attenuated in accordance with the inner area ratio, and projected to a pyrosensor 19 and a pile sensor 20. The laser beam projected into the sensors 19 and 20 is voltage-transformed to be supplied to a monitor by which the changing value and the average value of the output of the laser beam 13 are indicated. As described hereinabove, the integral sphere 11 is provided with two measuring ports 17 and 18 which respectively have the pyrosensor 19 and pile sensor 20 of different characteristic from each other, and therefore the changing value and the average value of the output of the laser beam 13 can be simultaneously measured.
