Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten an interval between issuances of a table moving command during laser processing during which a table action, galvano action, and laser output action are initiated based on a table moving command signal, and raise a processing speed.SOLUTION: Included is a timing prediction unit that, if a table moving command signal is issued, takes account of the timing that a table action based on the table moving command signal is terminated, and predicts the timing that a galvano action command signal and laser output command signal may be issued.
