Abstract:
To provide a laser processing device which can use laser beams with different beam shapes together by eliminating optical axis difference (optical axis deviation).SOLUTION: A laser processing device (S) comprises a laser source (L), and changing means which is provided between the laser source and a work-piece of a processing object, and changes a beam shape of laser beam. The changing means includes: a shape converter (1) comprising an anamorphic prism pair for converting the beam shape between a circular shape and an elliptical shape; an optical axis adjuster (2) which moves an incident optical axis of laser beam and an outgoing optical axis of laser beam in parallel in the state that an entrance surface and an exit surface of laser beam are parallel and the beam shape is maintained; and switching means which causes laser beam to enter anyone of the shape converter and the optical axis adjuster. The shape converter and the optical axis adjuster are set so that differences of the incident optical axes and the outgoing optical axes are same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3A
