Abstract:
PURPOSE: To miniaturize a device and achieve a high-speed scanning.
CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor laser is used as a laser oscillator 1, a pin photodiode is used as a photodetector 2, and then they are laid out at optical systems of a transmission optical part 5 and a reception optical part 6, respectively. Also, a scanning part 4 for scanning a specified visual field by moving a support part 3 is provided and then primary scanning of a transmission laser light 10 is performed using a fan beam, thus scanning a specified observation visual field using the fan beam.
