Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a door from being opened even if a relative distance between a latch device and an open handle is varied by clash deformation of the door.
SOLUTION: A clutch mechanism for switching over open door rotation of an open lever 19 to a connected state transferred to a ratchet and to an unconnected state not transferred to the ratchet is provided to a latch device 3. One end 31 of an anti-open rod 30 is connected to the latch mechanism, and when the anti-open rod 30 is relatively moved to the latch device 3 along a first direction, it is so constituted that the clutch mechanism is switched to an unconnected state. The other end 32 of the anti-open rod 30 is fixed to an immovable member located around an open handle 5.
