A reverse revolution means 13 for revolving the reverse revolution mass 12 in the reverse direction for the upper part sprocket 1 is installed between the upper part sprocket 1 and the reverse revolution mass 12. For example, the reverse revolution means 13 is a planetary gear mechanism. An internal gear is connected with the upper part sprocket 1 side, and a sun gear is connected with the reverse revolution mass 12 side, and the carrier of the planetary gear is fixed at all times.
