To provide a technique capable of improving satisfaction of users of a launderette.SOLUTION: An usage fee collection method of a launderette 1 has following processes: an operation start process to start a drying operation; an operation termination determination process to determine whether or not to terminate the drying operation based on the dry state of an object to be dried after the drying operation is started; an operation termination process to terminate the drying operation when the operation termination determination process determines to terminate the drying operation; an usage fee calculation process (step S12) to calculate the usage fee based on the operation time from start to termination of the drying operation after the operation termination process; and a settlement process (step S13) to settle the usage fee.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
