PURPOSE: To process various data with a computer and easily control the laundry by reading the identification number of an identification tag for confirming the individual laundry, and providing a memory medium storing necessary data.
CONSTITUTION: When the laundry 1 is received from a guest at a shop (cleaning handling shop), a tag 2 is fitted to the laundry 1, and the identification number of the tag 2 is read by a tag reader 4a and inputted to a computer 4c. A memory card 3 recorded with no data is set in a reader/writer 4b, and the identification number of the tag 2 is recorded in the memory card 3. The type of the laundry 1 and the name of the guest or the like are inputted to the computer 4c, and a copy slip 4f prepared by a printer 4d is given to the guest. The data of the computer 4c are recorded in an external memory 4e or the like, the deposited laundry 1 is packed in a recovery bag and sent to a factory, and the collation and confirmation or the like of the laundry are made via the tag 2 thereafter.
