Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a laudry monitor which can sense α-ray radiating redioacitivity remaining in a work clothes or the like after washing thereof.
CONSTITUTION: A laundry monitor is constituted by α-ray sensors 1, 2, vertical movement mechanisms 3, 4 for vertically moving the sensors, a conveyor 5 for conveying a laundry 15 to be inspected to.3 measuring position of the first sensor 1, and a conveyor 6 which is provided under the conveyor 5 in a partially overlapping relationship to receive the laundry 15 having been measured by the sensor l and delivered, by turning over the laundry 15, and which then conveys it to a measuring position of the sensor 2.
