Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the idling of driving rollers to carrier rollers in the case the heavy body to be fired is carried.SOLUTION: Provided is a roller hearth kiln where carrier rollers provided with extending parts passing through the thickness direction of the side walls of a furnace chamber and extending to the outside of the furnace chamber are largely arranged in the carrying direction of the body to be fired, comprising: driving rollers contacted with the respective extending parts of the adjacent carrier rollers in the carrying direction across from the bottom and rotating a shaft part extending to the thickness direction as a driving shaft; a bearing part rotatably supporting the driving shaft; and a pressing apparatus including pressing rollers being the pressing rollers to which the rotating operation around the shaft extending to the thickness direction is allowed, pressing the extending parts of the carrier rollers toward the driving rollers by being contacted with the extending parts from the upper part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
