Abstract:

PURPOSE: To automatically and surely peel laver sheets from reed screens and enable transfer onto a perforated belt by stripping off the laver sheets sticking to a series of the reed screens while pressing the laver sheets to a perforated belt on a sucking means with a special stripping means.

CONSTITUTION: Each reed screen 4 in a state attached to a reed screen frame 1 is moved from the left to right along guide rails 6 and stopped when the screen reaches above a suction box 9 provided with many suction holes 11 on the upper wall thereof. An endless perforated belt 10 is provided movably from this to the other sides on the top surface thereof. When the reed screen 4 with the formed, dehydrated and dried laver sheet sticking to the undersurface thereof reaches above the suction box 9, a pressurizing plate 31 is lowered to press the reed screen 4 to the perforated belt 10. The reed screen 4 in a bent state is simultaneously pressed to the perforated belt 10 with a pressing roller 38. Thereby, the laver sheet is peeled from the reed screen 4 and transferred to the perforated belt 10.
