Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laver-snack made of laver and cereal sheets and a process of producing the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a laver-snack produced by attaching a cereal sheet 3 prepared by using rice powder and starch to a laver sheet 1 by applying a bonding solution 2 to obtain a double-layer sheet and then roasting the double-layer sheet. Preferably, the cereal sheet comprises about 1 part by weight to about 100 parts by weight of rice powder based on 100 parts by weight of starch. The laver-snack comprises about 2 wt.% of a raw material selected from shrimps, sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, laver powder, anchovies, squids, and a combination thereof. A method of preparing a laver-snack comprises the steps of: applying the bonding solution 2 to the cereal sheet 3; layering the laver sheet 1 on the cereal sheet 3 applied with the bonding solution 2; pressing the cereal sheet 3 and the laver sheet 1 to bond them together and prepare a double-layer sheet; applying oil on the double-layer sheet; sprinkling seasoning on the applied oil; and roasting the double-layer sheet sprinkled with the seasoning in an oven.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
