Title:
草刈兼用耕耘機
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP7169547
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
To solve a problem in a tilling rotor of a mowing machine in which, when a configuration of a hammer knife form is just made the tilling rotor of a tiller, it is necessary to lock the swing of rotational swinging tilling claws to a rotor shaft using stoppers, etc., and therefore collision noise tap sound is easily generated and the durability of the tilling rotor is easily damaged.SOLUTION: A body part 19 of a work claw 4 is curved and formed toward the upper part while the work claw 4 is positioned in the front area of a rotor shaft 1. A tilling edge 5 is formed in an outer periphery of the curved body part 19, or a cutting blade edge 6 is formed in an inner circumferential edge tip end. A mounting tool 3 protrudes from an inserted hole 7 toward an outer circumferential part of the rotor shaft 1 in a mounting base 18 to a claw holder 2, and comes in abutment with an outer circumferential surface of the rotor shaft 1. A claw butt part 8 for regulating a swing range of the work claw 4 in the forward rotation R is formed. A gravity center G position of this work claw 4 is configured to be rotated while appropriately biased to an anti-curved direction side of the curved work claw 4 rather than a centrifugal force direction line g of the work claw 4 for passing the position of the hole 7 of the mounting base 18. As a result, the tilling is made by the forward rotation R of the rotor shaft 1, or the grass is mown by the reverse rotation Q.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
