Abstract:
To simplify a configuration for holding a cover at an opening position.SOLUTION: A layer transfer device 1 comprises: an enclosure main body 21 having an opening; a cover 22 that can turn between a closing position where the opening is closed and an opening position where the opening is opened; a cover gear CG that turns together with the cover 22; a brake mechanism 300, connected to the cover gear CG, which imparts brake force to the cover 22 in a process of closing the cover 22; and a lock member 90 that locks the cover 22 at the opening position. The brake mechanism 300 imparts brake force to the cover 22 at the opening position, and the cover 22 is restricted from moving toward the closing position by the lock member 90 and the brake mechanism 300, at the opening position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
