To provide a laying device for tubular rail for farm creeper capable of easily laying/removing, stably running the creeper and excellently performing operation between ridges laid with the tubular rail.

This laying device is applied to laying a tubular rail for running a creeper for farm working. The device comprises a base plate 1 to be fixed at holes laid at a plurality of positions by piling, a band element 10 of clevis to cover the junction of tubular rails 18 and 19 to fix. A mounting element 2 is installed on the base plate 1 and a pair of holding rods 3 and 4 are set on the mounting element 2. The tubular rail is connected to the base plate 1 and laid by fitting the rods to the holes bored near the end of the tubular rails 18 and 19.
