PURPOSE: To ensure water permeability, and to protect creeping plants positively from stepping pressure by forming a plurality of partitions to a square frame body, overhanging collar pieces from partition walls while boring a percolation hole to a bottom plate and separately disposing and holding the grounding and tread boards.

CONSTITUTION: Square holding partitions 2, 2... are partitioned and shaped to a square frame body 1 composed of a plastic material by partition walls 3, 3..., and collar pieces 4 are arranged to each side one by one. Bottom plates 5 are installed to the lower sections of each holding partition 2, 2..., percolation holes 6 are bored at central sections, and percolation openings 7, 7... are formed. Wooden bricks 10, 10... are charged into the holding partitions 2 through the collar pieces 4, and a grounding such as a lawn 12 is charged and planted into the holding partition 2 at a center. The laying frames 1 are coupled by connecting female sections 8 and male sections 9, and the laying frames 1 are connected continuously and arranged. Accordingly, the stepping pressure of a man and a car are received by the wooden bricks 10, 10... and the lawn 12 is protected, thus maintaining the lawn for a prolonged term.
