PURPOSE: To easily lay wires on a hanger by forming means for anchoring ends of an electric wire, etc., at the end of a plate formed in a skiing plate sliding on the hanger, and providing a step for preventing reverse movement on the lower surface of the plate.

CONSTITUTION: A plurality of lateral beams 22 are provided in a stair state between two parallel longitudinal beams 24, and an electric wire laying hanger 2 is hung from a ceiling. The end 7 of a guide plate 4 sliding on the hanger 2 is inclined upward like a skiing plate, and the length of the plate 4 is longer than the cutting seam of the hanger 2. Anchoring means 6 of an electric wire 9 is mounted on the upper surface of the plate 4, and a lower surface is formed with a reverse movement preventing step 8. The wire 9 is anchored on the plate 4, a rope is mounted at the end of the plate 4, and pulled from the end of the wire. When the wiring is finished, the plate 4 is removed. Thus, the wiring can be safely conducted rapidly on the hanger of high place without labor.
