Title:
LAYING WORK OF H-STEEL PILE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5910615
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of noise and vibration as well as to shorten the period of secondary work by a method im which an excavation rod is turned in contact manner by utilizing the C-shaped space of an H-steel pile and the H-steel pile is settled or penetrated under pressures at the same time as the excavation.

CONSTITUTION: An H-steel pile is hung down in parallel with an excavation rod provided with an excavation bit buried at its tip, and the tip of the H-steel pile is positioned on the bit and also the excavation rod is situated inside one C-shaped space of the H-steel pile. Under the condition, while excavation is made, the H-steel pile is settled or penetrated into the ground under pressures. Although the H-steel pile is settled under its own weight, the size of the hole drilled by the bit is made larger, or a size enough to enable the H-steel pile to enter a circular space centering on the C-shaped space. Excavation and the laying of the H-steel pile can thus be advanced concurrently without the use of monkey, hammer, etc.
