Abstract:
PURPOSE: To stably operate an electric dust collector by stably generating spark discharge and preventing the decrease of dust collecting efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: A hammering control apparatus 18 drives and controls a hammering apparatus 36 based on applied voltage signals from a thyrister controlling apparatus 20, that is, applied voltage signals at the time spark discharge detected by a voltage detector 30 is generated. Driving applied voltage V0 at normal time slightly decreases at the time of following hammering due to the fact that powder dust adhering to dust collecting electrodes 16 is gradually accumulated. In the case average applied voltage is detected to be V1 or lower when spark generation occurs frequently and spark discharge occurs, the hammering apparatus 36 is controlled to intervene and work for T2 time during pausing time T1 of the hammering apparatus 36.
