PURPOSE: To obtain a lead-frame inner-lead holding-down jig which can make a lead pressure force uniform by a method wherein a clamp part which presses a lead-frame inner lead is divided into a plurality of parts, they are separated from a jig main body and the plurality of clamp parts are constituted so as to be coupled respectively to the jig main body via elastic members such as plate springs or the like.

CONSTITUTION: A clamp part which presses lead-frame inner leads 16 is divided into a plurality of clamp parts 11-1 to 11-4; they are separated from a jig main body 12; the plurality of clamp parts 11-1 to 11-4 are constituted so as to be coupled respectively to the jig main body 12 via elastic members 13 such as plate springs or the like. Since the individual clamp parts 11-1 to 11-4 which have been divided in this manner can press the lead-frame inner leads 18 independently of each other, the individual inner leads 16 can be pressed in a balanced manner. Thereby, it is possible to obtain a lead-frame inner-lead holding-down jig 10 which can press all the inner leads uniformly add which can prevent a trouble such as a disconnection or the like by an uneven pressure force.
