Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a lead frame material for display tube having excellent sealing characteristic, corrosion resistance, good electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity.
CONSTITUTION: An alloy containing chromium of 15W30wt% and remainder substantially consisting of iron is suitable for lead frame material for display tube. Here, chromium improves corrosion resistance without lowering electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity and also ensures thermal expansion coefficient to 115×10-7W98×10-7cm/cm/°C.
