To provide lead-free low melting point glass having suppressed yellowing due to a silver reaction and high visible light transmissivity in an electronic material substrate development represented by a plasma display panel.

The lead-free low melting point glass is SiO2-B2O3-ZnO-K2O-BaO-ZrO2 based lead-free low melting point glass containing SiO2 of 5-11, B2O3 of 45-65, ZnO of 20-30, BaO of 0.1-3, ZrO2 of 0.1-7, CeO2 of 0.01-2, CoO of 0.01-2 and K2O of 10-18 by mass% and has a thermal expansion coefficient of (60-90)10-7/C in the range of 30-300C and a softening point of 500C but 630C.
