Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automatically realize the lead-out of the package by opening/ closing a cover body to cover the package, forming inward thereof the air flow to be applied to the surface of the package, and leading the air flow from the cover body and the end yarn in the axial direction.
CONSTITUTION: The intense negative pressure is generated by the opening/closing operation of a cover body 1, and the air flow D outwardly in the radial direction to the yarn layer is applied. The air flow D inwardly in the radial direction is applied by the subsequent closing operation to work the waving air flow on the yarn layer, and the end yarn in the vicinity of the surface of the yarn layer is separated form the surface layer. At the same time, the flow to lead out the end yarn is formed toward a short cylinder 13 which is the upper opening. A shutter cutter is opened, and the upwardly suction air B is supplied in the cover body 1, and the ejected air A is blown against the surface of the yarn layer of the package P with appropriate intensity by air nozzle 37, 38. Separation of the end yarn is promoted by the suction air B and the ejected air A, and the end yarn is on the flow, and enters a conducting tube passage 3 through an upper conical part 9.
