Abstract:
To inexpensively manufacture a lead wire terminal having high quality.SOLUTION: A lead wire terminal 1 for an electrolytic capacitor includes: a tab terminal 10 having a rolling part 12 formed into a flat shape by press working a part in an axial direction of a metal wire 11 formed with a primary chemical conversion coating 70 to the entire outer peripheral surface, and a rod-like part 18 composed of the other part of the metal wire; a metal lead wire 20 welded to a tip of the rod-like part; a welding part 22 formed between the rod-like part and the lead wire; a secondary chemical conversion coating 72 formed only in the entire outer surface of a first partial region that is a region from a position separated in an axial direction from the rod-like part in the rolling part by a predetermined length to a tip of the rolling part; a first resin layer 74a covering the entire outer surface of the rod-like part; a second resin layer 74b covering the entire outer surface of the welding part; and a third resin layer 74c covering the entire outer surface of a predetermined region including at least a second partial region that is a region excluding the first partial region in the rolling part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A
