To provide a leakage inspection module of fuel vapor, having high detection accuracy.
A pressure sensor 400 is disposed on the opposite side to an intake port 201 of a pump 200 with a brushless motor 210 interposed between them in the axial direction of the brushless motor 210. A pressure introduction passage 164 and a pump passage 162 are interposed between a sensor chamber 170 and the intake port 201. Therefore, enough distance and capacity are secured between the sensor chamber 170 and the intake port 201. As a result, even if the pressure pulsation of the pump 200 occurs, the pressure fluctuation of the sensor chamber 170 is reduced. Further, a control circuit part 280 of the brushless motor 210 is installed in a gap 204 constituting a discharge passage 163, whereby the control circuit part 280 is cooled by a discharge flow of the pump 200. Since the discharge passage 163 and the sensor chamber 170 are isolated from each other, the discharge flow will not flow into the sensor chamber 170, and the influence of temperature up to a pressure sensor 400 is reduced. Accordingly, detection accuracy can be improved.
