To provide a learning purpose VOD type system and a learning purpose VOD type video distribution method whereby a plurality of learners view and listen to only video audio information of a particular learner among photographed video audio information items and two video audio information items are viewed and listened to at the same time and synchronously with each other when two operations are compared.
A learner carries a tag ID transmitter 10 to which a tag ID being a personal identifier is respectively stored in advance. A tag ID signal generating section 22 generates a tag ID signal on the basis of the tag ID received by a tag ID receiver 21. A tag ID signal attaching section 24 attaches the tag ID signal generated by the tag ID signal generating section 22 to the video audio signal from a video audio recording apparatus 23 as a closed caption signal.
