To provide a learning support system during movement, which enables a passenger who is moving, while getting on board a vehicle to have firm interest in the content of learning and effectively uses the time, prior to the arrival at a destination.
In the learning support system 1 during movement, two monitors 2 and a learning support device 4 during movement are installed in a tour bus moving to a destination with passengers on board. Since an explaining person operates a mouse and a control means 44 reads slide data, corresponding to a specified slide out of a storage means 43 and displays the data on the monitor 2, passengers getting on board the tour bus can move, while listening to the explanation based on the explanation slide regarding the destination displayed on the monitors 2. Since the learning support system 1 during movement has a video signal conversion device 3, converting analog RGB output signals output from the learning support device 4 during movement to the monitors 2 into NTSC signals, the monitors 2 preliminarily provided to the tour bus can be used.
