Abstract:
To provide a learning system capable of predicting product defects which may occur in a product production line.SOLUTION: A learning system inputs, into an unlearned model 14, teaching data including change point information 22 indicating a change point regarding at least one of operators, production facilities, and work content in a production line which produces products, and defect information 24 indicating product defects having occurred in the production line with the change point. The learning system inputs the change point information 22 by performing machine learning of the unlearned model 14, and generates a learned model 15 which outputs defect prediction information indicating product defects which are predicted to occur at a change point indicated by the change point information 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
