To provide an LED light irradiation device capable of uniformly irradiating light and being compact, and to provide a printer having the LED light irradiation device.
The LED light irradiation device 1 includes: a plurality of LEDs 3 mounted on one surface of a board 2 so as to line up along one direction; a plurality of fans 5 arranged by lining up so as to be in parallel with the plurality of LEDs 3; a guide flow passage 10 for guiding air from the plurality of fans 5 to the board 2; and a plurality of partitions 7 arranged so as to respectively intervene between neighboring fans 5. Respective fans 5 are arranged so as to face the other surface of the board 2, and can send air to the other surface of the board 2. At least a part of respective partitions 7 is arranged inside the guide flow passage 10.
