A key lending device 10 monitors whether each key is stored or is lent based on a reading state of a read key ID when the key ID is read from a key IC tag 2 in a tag reader 20 for detecting a key, and the monitoring result generates varied leading information of the key and transmits it to a management computer 50. The management computer 50 updates lending information stored in a lending information DB66 based on the lending information transmitted from the key lending device 10, and the monitoring result reads out the lending information which is lent from the lending information DB66 at a notification time that is preliminarily set, and notifies the lending information of the key lent for a time exceeding an allowable time to a contact address that is preliminarily set.
