This system is constituted of a customer client terminal including a portable telephone requesting lending through the Internet, a headquarter computer system having the Web server of a lending operation enterprise, and its business processing terminal. When a customer applies for lending through the Internet to the headquarter, a business store in charge informs the user whether or not the lending is available through the Internet, and lending bank transfer is executed. When the customer lost his or her ATM card, additional and relending application can be immediately executed through the Internet.
