Abstract:
To provide a length compensator for a duct that is adaptive to a long compensation distance and withstands the same internal pressure with the duct itself.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a length compensator 1 for a duct, preferably, a plastic duct, and the length compensator 1 includes two connection components 2 made of, preferably, plastic, one compensation element 3 made of an elastic material which is, preferably, a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), and one support pipe 4, wherein the compensation element 3 is arranged between both the connection components 2 and an end part of the compensation element 3 is coupled to the connection components 2, an outer peripheral surface of the compensation element 3 is surrounded with an inner peripheral surface of a support pipe 4 over the entire circumference without any gap, the support pipe 4 has a circular cross section, and the compensation element 3 extends and contracts exclusively in axial directions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
