Abstract:

To provide a lens cleaner for a disk player for being manufactured at a low cost and lengthening a lifetime.

A plurality (e.g. three pieces) of cleaning chips 3a to 3c with narrow adjacent clearances are disposed on the same periphery of a circle of the innermost circumference part of a cleaning disk 2. A lens cleaner 1 being composed in such a manner, even if a stain of a tip of the cleaning chip 3a contacting first in use to a lens 6 of a pickup is increased, can recover a cleaning capacity only by removing the stain, and becomes possible to maintain high cleaning effects over a long term until a stain of the last (e.g. the third) cleaning chip 3C remaining in the innermost circumference exceeds a permissible limit.
