The cover means is constituted of a plurality of plate-like members 61, which are provided to move independently respectively, and is equipped with moving means 63 and 64 for moving the cover means between a service position set on the front of the reflection member and a retreated position being a position retreated from the service position and separated in a direction where the incident luminous flux advances along the optical axis O2 of the luminous flux turned by the reflection member.
