PURPOSE: To provide a lens holder system for eyeground observation capable of easily performing an eyeground observing operation and holding an aspherical inverted image lens.

CONSTITUTION: This holder is provided with a spectacles frame 1, frame plates 2 loaded on two frames formed with the spectacles frame 1, and four screws 11 which fix the frame plates 2 on the spectacles frame 1, and the frame plate 2 is formed in plate shape smaller than the frames of the spectacles frame 1 and provided with similar shape, and its center part is cut in elongated hole shape, and it is loaded on the spectacles frame 1 so that it can be rotated around the axis of the screw 11 in a prescribed range.
