To solve a problem that a conventional lens hoods is exclusively set for individual photographing lenses and prepared for each photographing lens, without versatility, and appropriate light shielding is possibly not performed at a telephoto side when forming it matching lens hood performance at a wide angle side for a wide magnification zooming lens.
A ring member 2 at the lens side provided on the top end part of a lens-barrel 1 is fitted with a ring member 3 at the hood side so that the top end part is slidable on a fitting surface 3a consisting of a spherical surface. A hood 4 is fixed to the ring member 2 at the lens side. By screwing a fluctuation screw 8 provided on the ring member 2 at the lens side into the wall section 3c to be fluctuated of the ring member 3 at the hood side, the wall section 3c to be fluctuated is pressed against the front to decline the hood 4 to the front. Thus, a lens hood unit light-shields unnecessary light causing ghost and flare found at outside the field angle of the camera-barrel 1.
