Abstract:
To realize distortion/shading correction with high precision by realizing miniaturization of a camera and eliminating the restriction of the amount of correction data and of time used for an arithmetic correction operation.
An interchangeable lens 50 and a front converter lens 100 are freely mounted onto the camera and a recording medium records data. The camera receives ID data from at least either the interchangeable lens 50 or the front converter lens 100 under the control of a BCPU 2 and the recording medium 6 records image data obtained by a CCD 3 and the ID data.
